Lori Bartlett helped establish Clear Creek Associates in 1999. She applies scientific training, background in business management, and professional experience in managing hydrogeologic projects to the management of Clear Creek Associates. Her responsibilities include: Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems. Human resources including reporting and benefits. Trustee of the 401k and implementation of consent/board resolutions and adoption agreements.
