Clear Creek Principal Hydrogeologist Marvin Glotfelty, PG, has been selected as the 2023 recipient of the most prestigious award given by the National Ground Water Association (NGWA), the Ross L. Oliver Award. Established in honor of Ross L. Oliver by his family, the award is presented to a member who has made outstanding contributions to the groundwater industry. Mr. Glotfelty’s nomination was presented by fellow awardee W. Richard Laton to the NGWA Awards Committee for consideration in honor of his many achievements.
NGWA Awards of Excellence represent the highest quality in standards and business practices. Award recipients are recognized for outstanding contributions through service, innovation, research, safety, and outstanding projects of scientific and technological importance affecting the growth and well-being of the groundwater industry. The presentation of awards will occur during the 2023 NGWA Groundwater Week taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada, December 5-7, 2023.
