Geno Mammini, Principal Hydrogeologist, will present on the Latest Advancements in Basin Enhancements at the 97th annual Arizona Water Conference in Phoenix, Arizona taking place from April 23 to 25, 2024. His presentation will focus primarily on the use of drain holes or enhancement holes to improve basin infiltration capabilities. Case studies will be cited to support pilot study options, hydrogeologic and costing considerations, and realistic expectations for enhancement hole implementation. Mr. Mammini is a Principal Hydrogeologist with Clear Creek, and the corporate Water Development Market Leader for Geo-Logic Associates with nearly 25 years of experience in hydrogeologic and environmental consulting. He has authored many technical presentations on water supply wells, groundwater recharge, and water resources planning.
AZ Water Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization founded in 1928 with a membership of 2,100 water/wastewater professionals dedicated to preserving and enhancing Arizona’s water environment.
