Steve Corell brings over 20 years of experience including more than 10 years of experience in the development of groundwater flow models and water resources investigations. He has developed groundwater models for areas covering over 8,000 square miles in Arizona, including the Arizona Department of Water Resources’ Salt River Valley Groundwater Flow Model, for which he was recipient of the Governors Recognition Award in 1994. He has developed groundwater flow models to conduct regional water resources planning, perform water level mounding simulations for recharge projects, and to satisfy ADWR permit requirements for Assured Water Supply Certificates and demonstrations of groundwater availability. Project experience includes the development of groundwater models for the East and West Salt River Valley sub-basins, Casa Grande, Prescott, Harquahala Valley, Nogales, and Upper San Pedro Basin.
